The Path to Loving Green Smoothies in 5 Stages
Upon hearing about green smoothies for the first time, few people are eager to try them. At first, people usually have an inaccurate idea of what green smoothies are and how they will taste. Green smoothies are not something you buy from a package, can or envelope at the grocery store! They are freshly made from raw ingredients (or, mostly raw).

Eventually, many people come to love green smoothies — especially as they see their appearance improve and come to feel better than they ever have before — but in the beginning, they are a bit weary! Here are the 5 stages on the path to learning to love green smoothies!
Stage 1: Awkward Silence
The most striking feature of green smoothies is that they are laden with fresh vegetables and for this reason their color is often a vibrant green.
Many people find the thought of “drinking green” to be peculiar, if not off-putting, and or this reason, many believe — at first — that green smoothies are not for them.

After hearing about green smoothies a second or third time, many people’s interest is re-piqued. Stage 4: First Kiss

I think I am in the 1st kiss stage and trying new smoothie mixes until I find the one I love to kiss
I’m clearly getting to know green smoothies still ( stage 3 ) – my sweet tooth is way to strong to jump past the fruit. However, I did have chewie smoothie yesterday – too much vegetables. But, it was still great
!. I’m at 2 smoothies per day – morning, and dinner with a fruit smoothie during the day.
Looks like I’ve reached the pinnacle of the hierarchy of the stages of learning to love green smoothies, as I’m now having at least one (if not, two) per day. My Vitamix is blending more veggies than fruit and the whole lime I add to each smoothie makes them so very refreshing. Thanks for the inspiration, Dane Findley.
I think I’m at stage 3 would love to say Stage 4 but I have my love hate days
