Just because someone says something nasty to us does not mean that we have to take it personally or attack back - we have a choice. 

The problem is that it&#039;s easier to believe that we have no choice over our feelings and everything bad that happens to us is someone else&#039;s fault. Perhaps a person who is healthy mentally understands personal responsibility too.

I&#039;ve not had a lot of experience with protein shakes; never added it to a green smoothie but will give it a try. Whole Foods had a sample of the Vega (chai flavor) which was surprisingly good (not a fan of chai). 

Do you use make the shakes only at times? If so do you use water or a milk base?</description>

		<description>In Agreement 100%, early mornings work best for me during the working week, on weekends though i like to schedule a bike ride to Fisherman&#039;s Village in Marina del Rey between 1-4pm, simply because they have live music Al Fresco, so I get to work out and have a relaxing fun time as well!</description>
